3-Ingredient Nutella Brownies

  • '2 large eggs'
  • '1 1/4 cups chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)'
  • '1/2 cup all-purpose flour'
  • '1/4 teaspoon kosher salt'

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Lightly spray an 8x8" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
  3. Beat eggs on low speed in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until combined
  4. Add chocolate-hazelnut spread and beat until smooth
  5. Add flour and salt and beat, scraping down sides of bowl as needed, until combined
  6. Pour into prepared dish; smooth surface with a spatula
  7. Bake brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 25–30 minutes
  8. Let cool, then cut into 9 pieces and serve
