Replace 2 tablespoons cream with amaretto liqueur in Perfect Pumpkin Pie. Mix cookie crumbs with almonds. Sprinkle over filling just before baking. Bake and cool pie as directed. Can be made 8 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature.
